These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding contract between you (“Customer”, “Member” or “you”) and Okyanusi Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12043593, whose registered office is at 45B Meads Road, London, N22 6RN, United Kingdom (“Okyanusi Ltd”, “we”, “us” or “our”), regarding your access to and use of digitalmarketmentoring.com (the “Website”) and the online courses, memberships, mentoring programmes and other digital content offered through it (the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a course or membership, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. The Services

1. We provide online educational content relating to e-commerce, dropshipping, marketplaces (such as eBay and Amazon) and AI-assisted online business, delivered as video courses, live calls, community access and related digital materials.
2. We grant you a time-limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to access the portion of the Services corresponding to your purchase, for your personal, non-commercial learning use only.
3. Unless stated otherwise at the point of sale, purchased course access is provided for as long as the course is maintained by us, which will be a minimum of one (1) year after your purchase. Membership access continues for the duration of your paid subscription period.
4. Course videos are provided as a stream and are not downloadable unless explicitly stated.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use the Services.
2. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
3. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.

3. Payments

1. Prices are displayed at the point of sale and are payable in advance. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your full card details.
2. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date via your account page or by emailing okyanusiltd@gmail.com.
3. We may change prices for future billing periods; any change will be communicated in advance and will not affect amounts already paid.
4. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

1. All content made available through the Services — including videos, text, templates, graphics, logos and software — is owned by or licensed to Okyanusi Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
2. You may not copy, record, download (except where expressly allowed), reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
3. Any feedback or materials you submit to us may be used by us to operate and improve the Services.

5. Acceptable Use

1. You must not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe third-party rights, to scrape or bulk-download content, to share access credentials, or to disrupt the Website or other users’ experience.
2. We may suspend or terminate access immediately and without refund where you breach these Terms.

6. No Earnings Guarantee; Educational Purpose

1. The Services are educational in nature. We do not guarantee any income, profit, sales or business results. Any examples or case studies are illustrative only and your results depend on your own effort, decisions and market conditions.
2. Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

7. Availability and Changes

1. We do not warrant that the Website or Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for delays ordinary in the course of internet use.
2. We may update, suspend or discontinue any course or feature; where this materially reduces purchased content during your access period, you may be entitled to a proportionate remedy.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales, including your statutory consumer rights.
2. Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from your use of the Services.
3. Subject to paragraph 8.1, our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in that period.

9. Termination

1. You may stop using the Services and cancel your membership at any time.
2. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be notified by email or a notice on the Website.
