Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to digital mentoring programs and educational content purchased on digitalmarketmentoring.com.

Digital content

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (reg. 37), the right to cancel ends once access to digital content has begun, which you expressly acknowledge at checkout. Refund requests are considered only within 14 days of purchase and only where content has not been accessed. Purchases older than 14 days are not refundable.

Services

Once performance of a service has begun with your consent, cancellation does not apply to the part already performed. If a written delivery commitment is not met, you receive a full refund. No earnings or results are guaranteed.

Method

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method; we never pay third-party accounts.

Abuse & chargebacks

Threatening or abusive communication ends the support process and correspondence is retained as evidence. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, access logs and checkout acknowledgements are submitted to the bank.
